I can't even begin to explain how amazing my stay was at this place! The property and surroundings were absolutely mind-blowing. The owner, Maria, was so attentive and made sure our stay was super relaxing, despite everything going on right now. The location was perfect - close enough to the beach, bars, and restaurants, but not too close to be disturbed. The rooms were adorable, with our own outdoor seating area and a convenient line to hang up our beachwear. The kitchenette and modern bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and Maria even surprised us with homemade cake! The fairy lights and lanterns in the garden made it feel like a magical oasis at night. We had the most amazing view of the super blue moon rising over the ridge. Maria also went above and beyond to help us book taxis to and from the port. The room and outside areas were even better than the photos, and it was such a nice surprise to arrive and find welcome items in the fridge, including butter, toast, coffee, bottled water. The kitchen was well-equipped, despite having booked one of the smaller rooms last minute. The sitting areas in the garden were perfect for some downtime, and the quiet location made it even more enjoyable. The property is very close to the beach and there are two bus stations nearby, making it convenient to explore the island. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and kept impeccably clean with daily cleaning service and replenished toiletries and linens. Maria, the owner, is the sweetest lady and truly takes care of her guests. I would definitely stay here again as it offers more than what you pay for. And did I mention that pets are allowed? Highly recommended!

The mini apartment had everything we needed, with a chill garden to escape the blazing sun. The lady taking care of the rooms was super cool. The location was sick, only 5 minutes away from the beach. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. Plus, the price was totally worth it!
The only thing missing for our party-loving crew was a list of cool clubs or bars nearby. A few recommendations for where to turn up would've been epic!

I recently stayed at Giaglakis Rooms for a week-long beach getaway. The 2-bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations, with its bright and airy atmosphere, spacious layout, and beautiful terrace and gardens. The owner was lovely and even left us delicious cakes and cookies. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved being just steps away from the beach, with a charming terrace under a grapevine. the studio had all the essentials, including a kitchenette for preparing breakfast or small dishes. the landlady, Maria, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even providing us with daily treats like fresh cake and cookies. the courtyard and garden were beautiful and cozy, especially in the evenings when the candles were lit. Highly recommended for those wanting to be close to the beach and enjoy a peaceful getaway.
Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The room at Giaglakis Rooms in Platis Gialos had a cozy vibe with its tile/marble floor. It felt comfortable and inviting after a long day of biking around. The electric kettle was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a hot cup of tea in the morning or evening. And the view from the twin room was simply breathtaking, showcasing the beauty of the surroundings.
Personally, I wish the room had a patio like the apartment in the database. But hey, that's just my preference!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a brand-new bathroom. The decoration was unique and added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The owner was very attentive and brought us delicious treats every day. The balcony was also a great place to relax and enjoy the view. the location was convenient, being on the main road and close to a bus stop.
The bathroom was small, which seems to be a common issue on Greek islands. It would have been more comfortable with a bit more space.

The value for money at Giaglakis Rooms was exceptional, with lots of extras like honey, cakes, tea, and coffee to make us feel welcome. The room was cleaned daily, and the outside patio was exceptional for candlelit evenings. The location was perfect, with nearby restaurants and a tranquil beach, and the staff, especially Maria, ensured a wonderful stay.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety or options.

I recently stayed at a wonderful accommodation in Platis Gialos and it truly felt like a piece of paradise. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and the hosts, particularly Maria, were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely veranda where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was ideal for families or groups of friends, and the location, just minutes away from the beach, made it even more convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and I hope to return in the summer. 10 out of 10!
All good 👍

The bathroom was shiny and brand-new. the decoration of the house was unique and pleasing. the owner took great care of us, bringing delicious baked goods and coffee tablets every day. the balcony was also cool. the location on the main road was convenient.
The lack of a shower curtain was a bit inconvenient. the distance from the capital, Apollonia, meant that it took about 15 minutes by bus to get there.
